  1. All rates based upon double occupancy
  2. Max 4 persons in a 2 bedroom and 6 persons in a 3 bedroom cottage.
  3. Reservations will be held 10 days only without deposit of $200.00 (Cash, Cheque, e-mail bank transfer or Credit Card)
  4. Summer CHECK IN - 3 PM CHECK OUT - 9 AM
  5. Guests staying beyond 10:30 AM on day of check out are subject to a day use charge of $20/adult and $10/child unless otherwise arranged.
  6. Rates do not include sales taxes ( H.S.T. @ 13%.)
  7. NO PETS PLEASE
  8. Roll away beds, cribs and a high chair are available at no additional charge
  9. Please bring your own bath towels, hand towels and kitchen linen
  10. July and August bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged
  11. Shorter stay vacations are available in JULY and AUGUST with M.A.P.(meal plan vacations)
  12. Cancellation policy: Deposit refunded with a 45 day written notice, less an administration fee of $25.00
