  1. All rates based upon double occupancy
  2. 3% cash discount
  3. Max 4 persons in a 2 bedroom and 6 persons in a 3 bedroom cottage.
  4. Reservations will be held 10 days only without deposit of $200.00 (Cash, Cheque or Credit Card)
  5. CHECK IN - 3 PM CHECK OUT - 9 AM
  6. Guests staying beyond 10:30 AM on day of check out are subject to a day use charge of $20/adult and $10/child unless otherwise arranged.
  7. Rates do not include sales taxes ( G.S.T or P.S.T.)
  8. NO PETS PLEASE
  9. Roll away beds, cribs and a high chair are available at no additional charge
  10. Please bring your own bath towels, hand towels and kitchen linen
  11. July and August bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged
  12. Shorter stay vacations are available in JULY and AUGUST with M.A.P.(meal plan vacations)
  13. Cancellation policy: Deposit refunded with a 45 day written notice, less an administration fee of $25.00
