strongly encourage booking well in advance if you have in mind a particular
time or cottage. Fully paid reservations a year in advance are not
uncommon, but by all means, give us a call for that spur-of-the-moment
need to escape. Call 705-387-3866 or toll free at 1-888-661-3669 |

by law to collect sales taxes on all accommodations and servc ies

a "package" which includes accommodations and other services.
Please ask for the claim forms when you register. we will provide
you with the type of invoce required to make a claim. |
CANCELLATIONS
Because of our
small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation
leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space. For these reasons,
we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
Your deposit, less $25 per cottage booked, will be happily refunded
if cancellation is made AT LEAST 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. After that,
no refund will be made unless we are able to rebook the space. You
are welcome to send someone else in your place. The balance is due
upon arrival. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than
your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all
of the original cottage nights booked from your intended stay.

NO
PET POLICY
Although we understand
how wonderful it is to share your vacation with your animal companion,
we would appreciate you making alternate plans for your pet. In unfamiliar
settings, animals will be animals despite an historical track record
of exemplary behaviour, and it is a fact that many guests who may
follow you, cannot tolerate domestic animals due to allergies. Our
grounds have many small tame animals, and our grounds and room interiors
are clean and groomed for the comfort of all guests.
If you cannot leave your pet at home, there is an excellent kennel
about 6 km from the resort where your pet will receive treatment as
good as you would offer, and where you can visit them at any time.
The charge is $14 per day if you provide the food. Their number is
